What is the ordering information?

Use our website or call us Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time, to place an order or inquiry at (973) 615-3765. Our fax is available 24 hours a day at (973) 887-1407. Orders received during non-business hours will be handled the following business day.

All dresses are lined in the front, and where necessary, in the back, with Micro Modal when placing an order, please refer to our size chart for appropriate size. Please contact us if you are unsure about which size to order.

 

What is the shipping and handling policy?

Most items are shipped 4-6 weeks for special orders, 7 days for stocked dresses. Please allow extra time for dresses with extra crystal application. If there is a time constraint, please let us know when you place your order, and we will make every effort to accommodate charges for your order. Stock and special order items are not processed and shipped at the same time; therefore, it is necessary to include separate shipping and handling charges. Please call for shipping and handling charges for international destinations.

 

What is the return and/or exchange policy?

All returns must have a return authorization number on the outside of the package. For a return authorization number, please call (973) 615-3765. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without an authorization number.

Plain Dresses
May be returned for full refund or size exchange at your option. Returns must be made within 30 days to unwashed, unworn garments only, with original factory tags intact. For hygiene reasons, dresses without attached original tags will not be accepted for any returns. Please call for return authorization number prior to return. Shipping, handling, and rush charges are not refundable.

Embellished Dresses / Special Orders
A special order is for you if you desire a color not listed as a color choice, or if you require a special fit not offered in our stock size. We are happy to accept your special on the following term - "NO RETURNS". An embellished garment is considered a special order. Will not accept returns on special orders for any reason or size exchanges.

Alterations
Garments are not returnable for any reason once they have been altered. Most minor alterations are not charged a fee, however, we may charge a fee for extensive alterations. Please call us to discuss alterations you need, as well as to obtain a return authorization number. Shipping charges will apply.

 

Orders of a stock item may be cancelled if the item has not yet been shipped. Special orders can be cancelled only if production of the item has not yet begun. A $5.00 cancelled fee will be charged per item cancelled.

 

I have special order or specific alterations, what should I do?

Minor alterations can be made for a small fee, which will be determined by the nature of the alteration. Once an item altered, however, it cannot be returned for any reason. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation before you return the item to us. If an item is returned to us for alternations, there will be an additional charge for shipping the item back to you.

Please contact us if you wish to discuss an item not available through our stock selections, including different style, fabric, color size, or decoration. Any additional fee(s) will be determined by the nature of the special order. Please note: All special orders are final sales. A special order can be cancelled without charge, other than a $5.00 cancellation fee, only if production of the item has NOT yet begun. NO RETURNS OF SPECIAL ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER.
